Personalized Treatment
At the Center for Ideal Dentistry we cater to you. Have some coffee, a
muffin, grapes or maybe we can get you some lunch. Nothing is out of the
question; you are our most important guest. During your first visit with
Dr. Vittitow and Dr. Hahn we will meet with you in a comfortable consultation
room and invite you to just talk about what you expect from us. We do
not dive into treatment, unless you have an emergency or pain, but rather
give you the time you deserve. Your first visit will take about an hour
and we promise you that you have never experienced such premium care before.
More Experience
with Cosmetic and Functional Dentistry
Dr. Vittitow and Dr. Hahn are the only local accredited members of the
largest cosmetic dental association – the American
Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). Their experience with cosmetic
dentistry is unrivaled. Experience makes a difference, especially if you

No Mercury
Silver Mercury (black) amalgam fillings have not been used in this practice
for over 8 years. There are many more conservative and esthetic filling
materials available today, such as white composite, porcelain or gold.
There is an ongoing mercury debate in dentistry. We do not use or recommend
amalgams for the above reasons. The more natural and minimal the filling
can be, the better it is for you.

company dedicated to bringing you the most natural dental products available.
Currently Dr. Vittitow and Dr. Hahn's patients receive these products

90% Less Radiation
X-Rays
Our office uses Digital X-Ray systems that use 90% less radiation than
traditional X-Rays, but at the same time give us more information. This
allows Dr. Vittitow and Dr. Hahn to diagnose cavities and infections at
a much earlier stage, which results in more comfort for our patients.

Sterilization Techniques to Ensure Your Health & Safety
It should go without saying that proper sterilization is critical. At
The Center for Ideal Dentistry only the most powerful and effective sterilization
techniques are used. We monitor the effectiveness of these systems continuously.
Ozone air purification ensures that even that “Dental Office Smell”
does not exist here. We are clean freaks and proud of it.
Laser Cavity Scanner
Until recently cavity detection relied upon an archaic scratch and push
technique, where a pointy instrument was pushed into the tooth. If the
instrument got stuck, then it was called a cavity. This old system is
only 25% accurate. Today we use a Diagnodent Laser to gently scan the
tooth surface. You will feel nothing. The Diagnodent is so accurate that
we can find cavities and fix them before they need costly large fillings.
This significantly reduces the need for injections and discomfort. Often
the cavities can be fixed without any discomfort at all – using
no injections! Before, these small cavities were not detectable for many
months or years, allowing them to grow and fester in your tooth.
Digital Photography
Every patient is photographed with our state of the art digital camera.
We have a portrait studio in the office in which we take your before and
after pictures of your beautiful new smile. Every tooth that will receive
a laboratory fabricated filling or cap is photographed in great detail.
These photos allow our porcelain artists to predictably create natural
looking life-like teeth! As a matter of fact, Dr. Hahn has been published
extensively on the subject of creating teeth that challenge nature, as
well as communication with the porcelain artist. Digital photography allows
us to give you what you really want – beautiful teeth that look
so natural that nobody will ever know that you were not born with them!
Miniature Video Cameras
for Your Mouth
A picture is worth a thousand words. Every treatment room has a miniature
camera in it that allows us to show you exactly what we see. No more guessing,
you can choose to be part of the process, if you like. Trust is not won,
it is earned. Everything we do or recommend is done so with your complete
understanding and trust.
Premium Quality
Materials
Dentists have a choice, expensive or cheap materials. The Center for Ideal
Dentistry does not have a choice - we exclusively use the premium materials
available. Our gold restorations have no nickel, copper or beryllium in
them, which are all highly allergenic materials. Everything we use, down
to the toothbrushes we give to you for free, is the best available. If
we would not use it on our family, then we will not use it on our guests.
